Shipping Policy
We strive to get your purchased items out as quickly as possible; our shipping process takes an average of 24 to 48 hours to ship. However some safes, locks, and access control products require custom made manufacturing and can take up to 4-6 weeks to be ready for shipment.
Upon order placement, your card will be charged the full amount of the order including shipment; regardless of the time it takes to be ready for shipment. Please contact us directly at 1-800-616-0213 for further details on specific products.
Methods of shipments available by USPS or FedEx Ground for small package (under 150 lbs).
Small Parcel: Small items (under 50lbs) will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.
2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping are available on a call for quote basis only (must call for quote) 800.616.0213 Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm PST
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage and any other fees associated with importing your order to your country. Please check with your local import agencies prior to ordering for details on any additional costs associated with your order. SecurityBase.com will not be held responsible for any fees asscoiated with importing your international order. Should your order be refused, any and all return fees will be charged to credit card on file.
Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and an estimated date for delivery.
Orders placed after 2PM PST will not be processed until the following business day.
Free Shipping (Safes Only): Free shipping is approved for safes shipping dock-to-dock or curbside to a commercial or residential address within the 48 contiguous United States only. Additional charges may apply, but are not limited to, locations with restricted and limited access, rural areas, gated communities and military bases.

Returns: Returned merchandise must be unopened and in good condition. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt. No returns on ANY electrical products. The customer will pay all shipping costs to return the item and a restocking fee may be applicable for 20% of the merchandise cost.
♦ Refunds will be via company check. 15 days on cancellation or return of goods.
